How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for all items. All shipping costs are included in the price of the item.
What can be bought and sold on the marketplace?
Can: Any individual basketball card.
Cannot: At this time you can't buy or sell sports card lots, sports memorabilia,
or any items with no listing on our site. You can't sell reproductions, fakes, or reprint cards.
If you think we're missing an item that should be included please
let us know.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can buy games with a valid debit card, credit card or
PayPal balance.
We don't accept any other payment methods at this time.
Is there a guarantee for buyers?
All payments are processed by Paypal. Paypal offers a dispute and guarantee
process for buyers and sellers. Both the buyer and seller can use Paypal for
dispute resolution.
We do not provide a guarantee as a marketplace. You should
interact with users with good reputation and long histories.
What is the return policy?
Buyers have three days after receiving a card to inspect it. Cards
can only be returned if they are materially different than the
card described/pictured in the listing.
Buyers are responsible for paying any return shipping costs.
What countries are supported?
USA and Canada. For now, the marketplace only supports buyers and
sellers in the USA and Canada.
We plan to add support for other countries in the future. We don't
have an exact time frame for international support though.
